My name is Raquel, I live in Los Angeles, California with my Paint mare, Fira (HH Indy’s Nu Daisy), Pomeranian, Mango, and husband. I live in an equestrian neighborhood in the city with access to miles of trails and public arenas. I have so many wonderful options for places to ride. Double J Saddlery Pozzi Pro Racer – This saddle is so comfortable, it fits Fira well and I love the turquoise seat. A Double J is an investment saddle, but it will last a lifetime.

Heavy leather reins – Fira is working on learning how to neck rein and I cannot go anywhere without my thick reins.

A hat – I also usually always ride with a hat. I have so many different hats that I rotate depending on my outfit.  Anthropologie sunglasses – It’s always sunny in California so I cannot go out without my glasses. I scored this fun blue pair at a major sale at Anthropologie and they always bring me compliments. 

Olathe boots & Mane Jane Spur straps – I love my Olathe tall tops! These boots are so comfortable for wearing with jeans or breeches. I use English spurs when I ride so the colorful Mane Jane straps are amazing.
